Welcome to Boy Scout Troop 124 of Tinton Falls NJ. Troop 124 is sponsored by the Luther Memorial Church of Tinton Falls. The Troop operates on a year round basis, September to August. Troop 124 is part of the Twin Lights District, Monmouth Council. The Troop program is designed to conform to the standards of the Boy Scouts of America. The Troop renews its charter every year in December.

There are at least two parent meetings a year, camp outs every month, weekly Troop meetings at 7:30 pm on Monday nights and Troop Committee meetings the Second Tuesday 7:30pm at the church of every month.  All parents are eligible and highly encouraged to attend every Troop Committee meeting. 

We firmly believe that the Troop should be run by the boys themselves through their boy leaders, with advice and guidance from the adult leaders.  The Troop Committee works to make sure the infrastructure is in place to make a youth led program possible.
